 How it Works

Online physiotherapy: face to face consultations for musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports therapy, web based video physio

Video-calls are easy to connect to and to participate in. Being able to see your therapist and for your therapist to see you has many benefits and provides the personal touch we aim to provide on each consultation.

However, we recognise some people are either unable or unwilling to use video during an treatment session, and that's OK, we understand.

PhysioFast Online offers 3 ways for you to complete your appointment in the way you are most comfortable:

  • Use Video facility but do not turn on your camera. This will allow you to see and hear your therapist but they will not be able to see you, they will only be able to hear you
  • Use just the device microphone and do not turn on the video cameras. Neither you nor the therapist will be able to see each other
  • Use a landline or mobile phone to dial in without video. This way video is never turned on

It's very simple to manage video access when the online appointment gets underway - you can even turn it off and on as many times as you like during the session!
